1) Dryness + a stronger-looking skin barrier
Rosehip oil contains skin-supportive fatty acids that help reduce moisture loss. When your barrier is supported, skin often feels less tight and looks calmer.
### 2) Dullness and rough texture
Rosehip oil is naturally rich in nourishing lipids and antioxidants. With consistent use, many people notice that their skin looks more radiant and feels smoother.
### 3) The look of uneven tone and post-blemish marks
Rosehip is often used to support a more even-looking complexion—especially when you’re dealing with the look of lingering marks after breakouts.
### 4) Fine lines
Hydrated, well-nourished skin reflects light better. That’s why a good facial oil can help fine lines look softer—especially around the face and neck.

To apply this incredible oil, simply massage a few drops onto the desired areas using a circular motion.
## Why I recommend Rose Hip Glow at night (with an easy analogy)
You may have used lemon juice on your hair as a kid before going into the sun to lighten it. It worked partly because lemon is high in vitamin C. Rosehip is also naturally rich in vitamin C–supporting compounds, which is one reason it’s so loved for glow and the look of uneven tone. That’s also why I recommend using Rose Hip Glow at night. Vitamin C–type ingredients are best paired with daily sunscreen, and oils can make SPF harder to apply evenly.
### A quick sunscreen note (important)
Rose Hip Glow is not sunscreen. If you ever choose to use it during the day, make sure you’re wearing a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ and that your sunscreen still applies smoothly and evenly.

## When not to use it (or when to pause)
- If your skin is stinging, peeling, or irritated (for example, after over-exfoliating), keep your routine simple and reintroduce it later.
- If you’re very acne-prone and oils tend to trigger breakouts, patch test first and start slowly (2–3 nights per week).
- If the oil smells “off” or rancid, discontinue use and replace it.
