To use bath tea: Place a scoop or two in the reusable tea bag and place it in the tub.

Run the water as hot as it will go and wait until it cools to your liking before soaking. This should give your tea time to steep.

Gently rub the tea bag over your skin for exfoliation.

This product contains oil; use caution when entering and exiting the tub.

Some people just use the whole bag per bath. Many people use just one tea bag along with a cup or so of Epsom salts added directly to the water to extend the tea.
Relax: Magnesium salt, oats, lavender, lemon verbena, lemon balm, comfrey, jojoba oil, lavender essential oil.

Breathe: Magnesium salt, eucalyptus, orange mint, rose hips, elderflowers, bay, thyme, jojoba oil, essential oil blend.
